Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa will be hosting five concert events known as Grooves Jazz at The Westin . Concert dates are : November 20th 2026, January 16th 2027 , February 13th 2027 , March 13 2027 , April 3 2027.

Presenting Sponsor $15,000 dollars (one available)
Your company shall be the title sponsor of the event and the event will be advertised as described in this agreement . Your company logo shall be placed on all advertising on social and print media . Six Months of media exposure : October 2026 through April 2027
Web Site Advertising
Web site link to all event related web sites and social media posted by Apaulo Productions and the Westin Rancho Mirage subject to their approval .
Flyer & Poster Placement,
Your corporate logo will be included on posters and flyers that will be placed around the metro area for 30 days prior to the event and continuous throughout the series .
Banners at the Event
Your corporate logo will be displayed and your company’s name shall be listed on all banners produced by the promoter or supplied by the sponsor. On Site banner display (*Design and appearance subject to the approval of the Westin Rancho Mirage )
Producer reserves the right to place banners at the appropriate locations. Promoter agrees to adhere with hotel policies on printed material or banner display on hotel property .
*Your company will be acknowledged at the beginning of every event as the presenting sponsor of Grooves at The Westin by the emcee prior to the start of music performances .
Sponsor considerations:We will display companies product if any on site . * Contingent upon approval from the Westin Rancho Mirage . Your company shall receive eight (8) VIP corporate sponsor table seats guests per event in our special VIP seating area in front of the stage .
Gold Sponsor : $7500.00 dollars (2 available )
Your company shall be a Gold level sponsor of the event and the event will be advertised as described in this agreement . Your company/individual name and logo shall be placed on all advertising on social and print media . Six Months of media exposure : October 2026 through April 2027

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
THIS SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made between Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa ("Promoter") ,

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Promoter shall produce and promote Grooves Jazz at The Westin
2. In this Agreement, the word advertise ( "Advertise or Advertisement" ) means the use
of print, radio, posters, flyers, banners, display of product(s) or literature, and booth display to promote Sponsor’s logo, company name, product(s) or services.
3. Sponsor subscribes to be a individual sponsor of the concert event

4. Apaulo Productions shall receive from sponsor the following :

5. Promoter, in its absolute discretion shall determine the manner in which to Advertise,
including but not limited to, the mix of advertising media, the quantity, timing, placement, size, and duration of ads.
6. Sponsor represents that it had the right to the use of its logo, company name, products
and services and therefore, at its sole expense, will defend , indemnify, and hold harmless the Promoter, its employees, agents, assignees, or successors in interest, from any claim or claims made against Promoter that arise from Promoter’s Advertisement.
7. Promoter shall not be responsible to Sponsor for any damages it may incur due to any
errors or omissions, or both, caused by an advertiser or the Promoter, in the portrayal or
depiction of Sponsor’s logo. company name, product(s), or service(s) in any Advertisement.
8. Promoter is acting in its own behalf and is not an agent, employee, or principal of

9 . Promoter shall be discharged of all its obligations under this Agreement if the
fulfillment of any provisions of this Agreement are delayed or prevented by revolutions or other disorders, wars, acts of enemies, strikes, floods, fires, adverse weather, acts of God, or without limiting the foregoing, by other cause not within control of the party whose performance is interfered with, and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the party is unable to prevent, whether of the class of causes hereinbefore enumerated or not.
10. This Agreement is a complete and exclusive statement of the parties on these matters
superseding any previous agreement between them. This Agreement may be modified by
subsequent agreement of the parties only by an instrument in writing signed by both of them.
11. If any provision of the Agreement is held in whole or in part to be unenforceable for
any reason, the remainder of the entire agreement will be severable and remain in effect.
12. All notices to Promoter or Sponsor shall be made in writing to the following
